[Design] Message sorting and character encoding

Dear Designers,

    I would like to listed these features in your lists:

1. List messages the users were expecting up front by tracing the recent
(history) of communication. May be, if the thread contain his address, or
the sender or mailing list the user have recently send messages to.

2. Detect the character encoding (n-gram statistic?), then convert the
part display to unicode, so the message list can present multiple messages
in different original encoding. To view individual message in different
encoding, there shall be no need to switch the language.
