[Design] Different criteria for incoming and outgoing filters

Eudora has great filter support IMHO, but there's one thing that has 
always bugged me about the filters. When you create a filter, let's 
say for this mailing list, you can't have a single filter that

1) Filters all incoming e-mails that have design@osafoundation.org in 
the From: field

and

2) Filters all outgoing e-mail that have design@osafoundation.org in 
the To: field

You can have a single filter that can check incoming and outgoing 
e-mails on a single set of criteria, but you can't set different 
criteria for incoming and outgoing messages (or for manually filtered 
messages).

Just a thought.
