[Design] Thoughts on a browser parcel

 Perhaps I'm off base here, but there should be no reason Chandler can't work with whatever your default browser might be for rendering HTML mail. 
  
However, the rendering component in Mozilla--the "Gecko" code--is actually quite small and very fast, unless it's become much more bloated since the last I heard. 
  
In my opinion, if we were to want an integrated browser parcel, the Mozilla code makes the most sense of all since it is already cross-platform.
