[Design] Thoughts on a browser parcel

If anyone is interested in creating such an extension for Mozilla, the
best place in my opinion would be the http://mozdev.org website that
houses dozens of Mozilla extensions and add-ons. I also think this
extension would work better than embedding a browser in Chandler - you
would get best of both programs with relatively small amount of work.
