[Design] trying out RDF

For people interested in exploring the data modeling capabilities of RDF,
one starting point is to download Redfoot from
http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=51578

Go into the apps directory and type

python run.py generic.xml

then hit http://localhost:8000/ with your browser to get a web-based RDF
viewer/editor.
