[Design] Extensibility and Security

As a long-time outlook user, I've found its capabilities for extensibility
to walk the wrong side of reasonable when it comes time to design forms,
macros, scripts, etc. safetly and effectively.

Signing code is a good idea -- MS makes it hard to find how to self-sign
without still getting warned that it's unsafe.

Scripts on messages sound awfully useful -- but have been the #1 source of
hacks and trojans in the world.

Let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater, though: I want ways to
extend, that can reach beyond a mail message: an order can come into a
mailbox, be routed to purchasing, then shipping, then the last button
pressed to let the customer know it's shipped.

I'm very interested in this project. Looks like I'll finally have a reason
to learn Python.
