To save space, I won't repeat your post.  I think we're already committed 
to the features you mentioned.

We will definitely support the idea of having different calendars for 
different parts of your life, with the ability to overlay or composite 
them.  It will also possible for multiple people to edit a single calendar 
(or task list, or address book, for that matter).  They can have different 
roles (read-only, read-write etc.).  And any type of information item which 
has date information will be able to displayed in a calendar.
