[Design] Design Request - OE type filters

I am a user, not a developer, so I am not real technical on this stuff, but like the
prospect of chandler as I understand what I read - I may not really understand it, but I
think I do...

I use OE and will not switch to another client as none of them have the advanced filtering
accomplished via message rules that OE offers.  Our situation is one mailbox into which
numerous email addys arrive for the domain.  Each person goes and picks off mail with
their email addy by using an OE rule that says: if the to or cc line does _not_ contain
<my email addy>, do not download it from the server.  I have tried numerous clients over
the years and none have this advanced message d/l rule.  I can't imagine why, but it may
be more a matter of development?  Will/Can Chandler include this type of flexibility - for
me?  And, mebbe others also?
