[Design] Ecco documentation as PDFs

I loved Ecco, and was sorry when Netmanage stopped developing it. About
that time, I switched to Linux 100% at home and also got tired of
Windows 95's instability when running Ecco, so stopped using Ecco.

As evidenced by repeated mentions on the mailing list, in many ways Ecco
was the gold standard in terms of power and flexibility. Easy enough to
use out of the box, but a tinkerer's delight as well.

I do still have the documentation in PDF format from the last update
from Netmanage (4.01.1, I believe) and links are below. I will probably
remove this from my webspace before too long, perhaps there's a better
place to stash files that would be of interest to Chandler thinkers...

If someone is of the opinion that this stuff should _not_ be made
available, let me know.

Regards,
Craig
