[Design] Ecco Pro's Repeat Last Action Functionality

One of the elegant options that I have grown to love in Ecco Pro is the
ability to drag an icon which appears in the Top right hand corner of the
screen to my Toolbar. As one issues a command in Ecco Pro, one will see this
icon changing as you select different commands from the menu. It's one of
those obvious productivity enhancement tools that you wish were in every
program that you use.

The only thing that comes close is CTRL Y in Excel, which allows you to
repeat your last command. The beauty of Ecco Pro's feature is that a command
that you consistently use can be easily dragged to the toolbar and be
available for future use. These are some of the productivity goodies that
I'd like to see in Chandler.
