[Design] request for mailing list manager

I'd like to request a mailing list manager for Chandler, much like
the one in Outlook Express for Mac. (It isn't in the Windows
version, don't bother looking.)

A mailing list manager helps the user a little bit directly, but can
help the user and developers a *lot* indirectly.

Directly, a mailing list manager can help users keep track of how to
unsubscribe. (I'm not the only person in the universe who has
deleted the message with the unsubscribe address in it!)

Indirectly, knowing explicitly which messages are mailing list
messages is very helpful in other places. It makes spam filtering
easier. It makes it easier to group mailing list messages together,
either in folders or with categories.

If Chandler has a mailing list manager, I'd like to see a checkbox
that conveys the message "These messages will never turn into 'to-do'
actions." The word-of-the-day mailing list, for example, will never
turn into a "to-do" action. However, if you are a Chandler
developer, then the Chandler dev list messages will probably turn
into "to-do" items on a very regular basis!

Whether or not something is likely to turn into a "to-do" item
affects where it should be placed in the inbox or even if it goes
into the inbox at all. I'm quite happy for information-only mailing
lists (e.g. word-of-the-day) to go into separate folders.

This is a medium-priority feature request: not absolutely necessary,
but very handy.
