[Design] Multilingual from the base up

As someone who uses daily english, arabic and hebrew, PLEASE make
vista/chandler multilingual in concept. One of the most frustrating things
about all contact lists is that the name can only appear once. What happens
if I want a contact to be known in Hebrew with its alphabet, Arabic with its
alphabet, and English all at the same time? I cannot today with outlook,
phpgroupware, totus,... Then I must maintain three seperate contact records,
with identical email addresses, phone numbers, etc. Now if the person is
usually known by his Heberw name, but I am unsure of the proper spelling in
English, I have to search around for the proper name in the contact list.
While there are many "correct" ways to translate the letter tzadik into
english "tz" "ts" "s" or "z", in Hebrew there is only one correct spelling.
Kind of like calling the city north of Haifa Acre, Akko, and Acco. But if I
know Hebrew (or arabic) and want to look for all people living there, I can
just use the Hebrew spelling.

Solution: each contact should have an ID, then allow multiple names and
addresses for that ID.

Also - use UTF16 at least so the Korean and Japanese will succeed too.
