[Design] Sharing agents and plugins? [Was: Chandler Agent Framework]

What about sharing of the agents, commands and plug-ins/packages themselves
via the built in P2P mechanism? I haven't seen this mentioned directly, but I
believe it would be really useful and flexible for users to exchange and share
functionality (not "just" information) this way. 

On the other hand the security alarms are flashing red, as the agents
potentially have access to the entire repository. So security issues have to
be dealt with, as you point out. I like the idea of a "reputation manager". 

Anyways, I guess these security issues are the tail side of the coin, which
has flexibility on the head side..
