Fair enough... So instead of trying to get some more POTS, what about
trying to integrate the artifacts of a phone conversation: your baby
bell phone logs? Automatically? Your phone provider does send you a
detail list of all your calls... You may even get it online... Would it
not be "sweet" to be able to integrate this information inside your
PIM? Cross referenced with the relevant contact information?

In fact, there are many such "personal" information lying around: your
online bank statements, credit card records, mobile phone calls,
whatever... Each time you interact with a company, there may very well
be an electronic transaction resulting from it... Shouldn't those
_personal_ electronic records be in the realm of a _personal_
_information_ _manager_?
