[Design] Task Management - Sub Tasks

I've copied some of my old project management feature ideas to my 
ProjectFlux page.

Of course, that was for a centralized ASP service, so multi-person, 
multi-project stuff was pretty easy to deal with. I don't know how a P2P 
infrastructure matches to it...
