I am running Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) and the Chandler deb package 
won't install. The error is:

Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libicu36

Looking through Synaptic, it looks as though it has been upgraded to 
libicu38.

If I get a mo, I'll unpack the deb and change the dependency to see if 
it works with icu38
