[cosmo-dev] Memory Usage

I noticed that when I switched from Version 0.11 of the server to 0.14.2 
that the ram usage has skyrocketed to the point it is unusable. I go 
back and run 11 and it works fine, everything loads in Lightning within 
15 sec. Example.. I run version 11 and give it 2 gig of ram to use and 
it works fine. I run 14.2 and even when I give it 4GB of ram it isn't 
enough. It then proceeds to run my cpu up to 100% and sit there forever 
in this state. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
