[cosmo-dev] Assigning bugzilla components for Cosmo

If anyone wants to be cc'd on a component that they aren't or wants to  
be taken off the cc/ownership list please do let me know, I'd be more  
than happy to oblige.

One note because it came up in conversation -

Reassignment of bugzilla ownership component wasn't meant as a slight  
to old owners, so I hope it doesn't come off that way. Ownership did  
end up on OSAF staff because that's who we know have a solid  
obligation to stay on top of bugzilla-fu. If other folks would like to  
make commitments to own various components (now or any time in the  
future) just squawk here!
