[cosmo-dev] Assigning bugzilla components for Cosmo

Here's a summary of the Cosmo component reassignments....

+ Admin UI - owner=travis
+ Atom - owner=travis, cc=randy, bkirsch
+ Browsing UI - owner=travis
+ Build - owner=jared, cc=bear
+ Calendar UI - owner=travis, cc=mde, bkirsch
+ CMP - owner=travis
+ Configuration - owner=randy, cc=travis
+ Cosmo Merge - not using this anymore so we deleted this component  
and reassigned all the closed bugs to general.
+ Dashboard - owner=travis, cc mde and bkirsch
+ DAV - owner=randy, cc=bkirsch
+ Detail View - owner=travis, cc=mde and bkirsch
+ Documentation - owner=travis, cc=randy, sheila and bkirsch
+ General - owner=randy, cc=travis and bkirsch
+ Morse Code - owner=randy
+ RPC - doesn't exist anymore so we are reassigning the bugs and  
deleting the component
+ Security - owner=randy, cc=travis and bkirsch
+ Server Bundle - owner=jared, cc=randy
+ Services - owner=randy
+ Storage - owner=randy
+ UI Design - owner=mimi, cc=sheila

Travis is going to send out a separate email with a proposal for  
changing some of the components.
