[cosmo-dev] steps to push new cosmo release out

Thanks to all who participated in the collaborative qa irc session 
today.  Fixed bugs were verified and no new bugs were found.  Now we 
need to figure out how to build a release tarball, verify it works with 
the webapp configuration changes, update the wiki server bundle 
configuration instructions and we should be close to a 0.12 release.  I 
know Jared is looking into the build part.  I'll be out Thurs and 
Friday, but I'll take care of  updating wiki and help verify the server 
bundle when ready.
