[cosmo-dev] Assigning bugzilla components for Cosmo

Similarly to an email I just sent to the chandler list. We need to  
review the bugzilla components for Cosmo and assign the right owners  
so we make sure the right people are receiving the bug emails. I  
thought it would be quickest to review the list and make the changes  
rather trying to do this via email.

Randy and Travis, can you do this tomorrow at 10:00am PST on the Cosmo  
IRC channel?
