[cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.12.0 targeted bugs

I'm needing to scrub the Cosmo bugzilla in preparation for 0.12.0  
release notes.

There are a large number of open bugs targeted to Cosmo 0.12.0,  
leftovers from our "roll bugs to the next release" process.  I'm  
reviewing the 0.12.0 targeted bugs (and svn commits) to determine what  
we actually fixed in 0.12.0.  Here's what's marked as resolved (and  
thus will be in the release notes):

#11101 unicode characters in username break admin ui
#11442 overlaid event continues to be displayed in the color of the  
unselected calendar
