[cosmo-dev] Cosmo on debian

Hi,

I decided to try running cosmo in the tomcat5.5 servlet engine behind  
apache2.

I eventually ended up with the attached policy file (stored in /etc/ 
tomcat5.5/policy.d) I suspect it might be useful to others, also I'm  
curious as to what the modifyPrincipals permission really does?
