Yes, I was investigating bug 12302 ( 
https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12302) last night and 
I decided to add a couple debug statements because I could not reproduce 
locally or on next.osaf.us, so I briefly rolled hub-29 out to get more 
info and then went back to hub-28.   After the restart, the problem 
magically went away (scratching my head on that one).  We can remove 29.
