[cosmo-dev] Possible Bug...

Hello,
I just wanted to see if someone else could confirm this before a  
submit a bug.

I just Uncompressed the 1.0 (Cosmo) release and started the server up.  
I then login with root/cosmo and I wanted to create a user.

Every time I try to create a user with the root account It never  
creates it.

Here is whats in the log...
