[cosmo-dev] scheduler architecture notes

I'm currently working on a scheduler framework prototype that would 
allow cosmo to provide notifications to user on a configurable interval 
(see mockups at http://chandlerproject.org/Notes/NotificationsMockups).

Since the server doesn't do anything like this now(everything is request 
oriented), there are a lot of things to think about.  I've started a 
page with some notes and ideas at:

I'm doing all work on the scheduler branch and hope to check in a 
working prototype soon.
