[cosmo-dev] Style tweaks on 0.14 branch

Hi folks

As I was making preparations for a hub update this afternoon I noticed  
a couple loose ends I'd missed in the account activation workflow page  
styling. Since this workflow is often the first impression we make on  
Hub users I thought it might be prudent to fix these before we updated  
hub, and r6787 shows the fruits of my very brief labor.

Given how small these changes are I'm tempted to wait a week or so on  
producing a maintenance release to see if we find anything other minor  
bugs we can add. Account activation is functional, if slightly ugly  
(text is left aligned instead of centered) so users upgrading to the  
just release 0.14.0 bits will still have a working server. In the mean  
time I'd like to point the hub upgrade at the 0.14 branch HEAD to  
incorporate these changes. There is precedent for this, it was done  
twice in the 0.8 and 0.9 timeframes, and I have a high degree of  
confidence that these changes will not cause any major bugs.

Thoughts? Objections? Comments from other Cosmo server administrators?

If I don't hear anything negative I'm going to move ahead with this  
plan to update hub either late tonight or early tomorrow morning.
