Bobby Rullo proposed changing the detail view's behavior of wiping  
out the "until" field whenever the "frequency" field is changed.

Ted Leung proposed sticking with the 1 week schedule for Cosmo 0.7.4  
even though it is scheduled during the OSAF on site week.  He pointed  
out that this would result in a smaller number of bug fixes making it  
into 0.7.4

Aparna Kadakia summarized the Sept 20 Cosmo bug council.  There some  
bugs which the bug council deferred to Ted Leung and Brian Moseley to  
triage
