[Cosmo-dev] Screen resolution report

A user reported problems with the rendering of the Hub detail view:

   https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10902

It looks for all the world like a dup of bug 9516 and bug 10583 (which I
went ahead and merged): problems on browsers wider than 1600 px.

To help inform thinking, I ran a Google Analytics report for screen
resolutions (on chandlerproject.org, ie the wiki, excluding the office
IPs) and attached a CSV export to bug 10902.

A quick analysis suggests about 15% of users are above 1600px wide. In
the top ten are 1680x1050 (9.09%) and 1920x1200 (4.86%), with the next
showings at 2560x1600 (0.49%) and 2560x1024 (0.42%). These numbers
can't be an exact match to what the Hub actually sees but seem to be a
good guide.

Seeing an in-the-wild user report of problems plus a
reasonably-trustworthy analysis of "15% users affected" suggests to me
that this issue deserves promotion from "Future" to shortlist.
