[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.7.3 respin

I commited this fix in r5767.

It was a simple bug in the event delegation code that involved getting a 
DOM node id from the parent versus getting it from the original source 
of the click/mouseover/mouseout event.

If it doesn't make sense, I'll be happy to give anyone interested a 
quick walkthough of my original stupid screwup in the code, and the 
simple fix for it. :)
