[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.7.3 respin

Hi folks,

It looks like we have a critical bug in Cosmo 0.7.3: <https:// 
bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10883>, which is going to  
necessitate a respin.   So we are going to build another Cosmo  
0.7.3RC and test it.    Matthew has a fix for the problem, which  
needs a code review before he checks in.   He will drop a note to the  
list when he has checked in, so that a new RC can be built.
