[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo Bug Council update

We reviewed 15 untargeted bugs.

The following 3 bugs have been targeted for the next (0.7.4) release:
bug 10856 : Cosmo not removing tombstones correctly when deleted item...
bug 10866 : unstamping recurring event as event results in js error
bug 10870 : Keep ending up with cooked dojo.js file when doing war:in...

The following 9 bugs have been left untargeted since we need Brian's  
input for assessing which release these need to go in. The plan is  
for Ted and Brian to take these up seperately and decide the target  
milestone on each. Ted or Brian will convey the results to the rest  
of us on the list.
