[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.7.4

Hi folks,

Next week is an on-site week at OSAF, which means that a lot of us  
will be participating in face to face meetings.   This is likely to  
impact how much work can get done for Cosmo 0.7.4 (and maybe the QA  
of Cosmo 0.7.3).    We have two choices:

1. Keep the dates for Cosmo 0.7.4 the same, and just acknowledge that  
less stuff will get into it
2. Try to move the dates for 0.7.4

Since part of the goal of shorter releases is predictability, I'd  
rather that we did #1.   What do people think?
