method getCalDAVResourceForEventUID sends XML data
<C:text-match caseless="no"> instead of
<C:text-match collation="i;octet">

in the latest RFC the "caseless" clause is never used

the "collation" attribute of text-match is specified and should be implemented
the default collation="i;ascii-casemap" should be used

patch made and former JUnit tests still working against bedework... maybe some 
regression testing is needed
