[cosmo-dev] QA instances update

Quick update regarding the additional Cosmo test instances OSAF QA now 
has access to...

The classic "lab.osaf.us" instance has been moved to build from branch 0.9.

A now-deprecated 0.8 branch is available at "last.osaf.us" if needed.

There are also "trunk" and "plain" instances at trunk.osaf.us and 
plain.osaf.us.  These both trunk+HEAD builds; plain just doesn't do any 
Hub-based customizations or data import/migration.

QA has a tool to push a button to rebuild any of these instances on 
demand.  We're still a bit off from knowing the entire set of instances 
QA wants/needs in practice but as we define these instances, we are 
seeing success in making specific configurations just a web-based 
button-push to update.
