[Cosmo-dev] new production migrated instance

Jared,
We are running into bug 11090 on the current migrated instance on lab.
This bug was fixed after the lab instance was created and upgraded.

Can you cook up another upgraded instance on lab on monday so we can  
continue the final stretch of testing on a clean instance.
btw, we have 2 other bugs just being checked into the 0.8 branch  
right now : bug 11091, 11094 so hopefully we can verify both on the  
new instance.
