The installTag.sh script removes *all* of the dojo tarballs before 
building so nothing could have been left behind.

not sure - I looked on qacosmo and the only dojo jar file in the maven 
repository was for RC2 - like I mentioned above, the script I wrote 
removes all traces of dojo from the qacosmo system *every time* to avoid 
any possibility of corruption.
