[Cosmo-dev] 0.8 Update

Since i'm out sick today Aparna thought it would be a really good  
idea to send out an update on 0.8

We're a little behind schedule, mostly because of 0.7.4 and 0.7.5  
extending out further than we had planned.

I've finished most of the interop work. Did some pretty extensive  
testing with lightning. A big bug in iCal is blocking us from being  
able to do any new CalDAV stuff, bcm emailed Cyrus about it but I  
haven't heard anything new on the issue. I haven't been able to spend  
a good chunk of time with Evolution yet.

I've been working on testing the new backend features and writing  
some new protocol tests. I'm also trying to add a new protocol test  
for every bug I'm regressing that isn't a broad task.

I'm feeling pretty bad and if I don't start feeling better later  
today I'll be seeing the doctor, so I can't give a very good estimate  
on when I'll be done with all this work. If I get well enough to  
start working soon then it'll easily be done before the end of the week.
