[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.9

Hi folks,

Regardless of when Cosmo 0.9 happens, the set of stuff in it is going  
to be drawn from the set of bugs in the Cosmo 1.0 milestone.  In  
particular, bugs with severity 'major' are at the top of my list for  
inclusion.   It would help a lot if people would go through and SWAG  
their severity 'major' bugs for 1.0.
