[Cosmo-dev] Opera signup failure report

I've previously reported here some ongoing 501 errors from people trying 
to sign up using Opera.  I just filed bug 10996 with a network trace I 
captured for reference.  The trace is below.

Offhand, I'm not sure the cause of the 501.  I'm looking sideways at the 
Cookie2 request header and maybe some of the Accept-*.  Is the answer 
obvious to anyone?

No, Opera is not a target browser.  Just determining whether this is 
Opera stupidity or a valid Cosmo bug.
