Looks like we have *another* regression in 0.7.4RC2: bug <https:// 
bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10978>.  This one is  
unfortunately bad enough to stop us from updating the hub, and  
Matthew is moving today.   Travis is going to poke around and see  
what he can find, but it looks like we are not quite ready to finish  
with 0.7.4.

This is also going to impact 0.8, although I think that we are  
already expecting to have more than 1RC for 0.8, so testing of other  
stuff should probably proceed.
