[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 1.0 bug merging complete

Hi folks,

I've finished moving bugs from Cosmo 0.7.4, Cosmo 0.7.future and  
<http://chandlerproject.org/Notes/OneDotZeroServerBugs> into the  
Cosmo 1.0 milestone.   At the moment, the best way to get a sense of  
what the priorities are is to look at the bugs by severity, and  
within each severity by priority.    As we pull bugs into the actual  
releases (e.g. 0.9) I'll adjust the priority fields to be sensible  
for those releases.
