[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 1.0 milestone created

Hi folks,

I've created the Cosmo 1.0 milestone and moved all developer level  
bugs from 0.7.4 and 0.7.future 1.0.   I'd like Mimi to take a look at  
what's left in 0.7.4 and 0.7.future and reassess their severity so we  
can put them in the right place.

Also, we have enough consensus on the importance of calendar overlays  
and the month view, that we are going to go ahead and do those.   
Matthew and Mimi had some discussion about this during last week's  
visit, and Mimi's posted some basic descriptions of what will be

It's my understanding that mockups are on the way.
