[Cosmo-dev] API for accessing list of subscribed collections

Mimi asked me about keeping Chandler and Cosmo's lists of
subscriptions in sync.  Currently I know how to download from Cosmo
the list of collections I have published (via a GET of the
/mc/user/morgen URL), but is there a way to get the list of
collections I have used the WebUI to subscribe to?  Also, is there a
way for the client to manipulate the server's subscriptions list so
that whenever Chandler subscribes to a collection, it can also
subscribe the WebUI to it?
