[cosmo-dev] Getting bugs targetted

A while back I sent a note about changes to the bug council system  
whereby reps from engineering, ppd, qa, and service could propose the  
targetting of bugs without waiting for the regular Friday 2pm bug  
council.    I wanted to remind people that if you receive a bug which  
you think needs immediate action, please feel free to send to the  
list, or update the bug (I see all changes to all cosmo bugs), and   
we can get those bugs targetted.   We definitely should not be  
getting stuck waiting for the bug council.
