[cosmo-dev] CalDAV servers avail: RSCDS and Apple Calendar Server

I was able to publish and subscribe to the apple calendar with  
Chandler by doing...

File > Accounts > Create New Account > WebDAV Sharing
Server: applecalendar.osaf.us
Path: /calendars/users/user19
User name: user19
Password: user19
Port: 12000
Use SSL: unchecked

Haven't figure out the RSCDS one yet.  I tried publishing to http://rscds.osaf.us/caldav.php/morgen/something 
  , but the server responds to my PROPFINDs by saying that something  
already exists, no matter what that something string is, so Chandler  
decides not to publish.
