That's no problem; the details of how to fix this via SQL have been  
posted to the ticket (twice) and I had already run the pre-run  
investigation and posted to that ticket too before the bump

Hmmm, ok.  I just wish this change hadn't been included as a change to  
a branch that had otherwise been certified clean.  Now that the 0.10  
branch *has* been changed after verification (including migration), it  
is your intent to reverify 0.10 for just this change?  Or are you  
going to proceed to 0.10-final without another RC?
