[cosmo-dev] Cosmo .10 testing status

Actually what im using currently is what is in the cheeseshop, and  
there are two failures that always happen.. because of an unfixed bug  
in settings, so it should be failing until that bug in cosmo gets  
fixed. If you are seeing more than that we may need to debug, but if  
you are getting the same failures as I am and it continues and runs  
all the way through we are on track.
