Brian Moseley describes a problem that iCal3 has when trying to  
create a calendar on Cosmo.  He proposed a couple of workarounds for  
iCal3's bad behavior, most of them distasteful.
+ Further investigation revealed that these workarounds don't  
actually work
+ It was decide to allow creation and deletion of calendars via the  
web ui.

Picking up a dormant thread from October, Bobby Rullo looked at the  
date picker code in Dojo 1.0, and discovered that it is very  
different from the 0.4.3 version.   Because of this we will probably  
wait to add the date picker until after we switch to Dojo 1.0

Randy Letness revived the thread on securing access to items in  
multiple collections and proposed tighter security model for Cosmo  
that includes both tickets and ACLs.  In the ensuing discussion,  
Randy clarified that his proposal was a variation of a proposal by  
Morgen Sagen back in October.
