Congrats on dealing w/ the 0.9 perf issues and getting 0.9.1 out the
door!

I was scanning the IRC logs for yesterday and noticed a few items:

1. A discussion during the bug council of performance bugs assigned
to Bobby Rullo. Generally speaking, we've reached the point where
UI performance bugs should count as real bugs, not as features. If
particular fixes turn out to be large/disruptive, we can discuss
whether they ought to be included in a particular release (since we
often don't know how hard perf fixes are).

2. FLOSS usability sprint bugs that Mimi has opened should be high on
our list of things to get done -- when these bugs are really
features, we'll need to talk some more about relative priorities. I
noticed that many of these bugs are not linked to the FLOSS usability
sprint superbug <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?
id=11270>. This is going to make it hard to track completion of all
the FLOSS related items - I noticed that several of the individual
bugs were deferred to 1.0, which means that it will be sometime
before they get considered for inclusion.

3. Looking at the 0.11/major bugs, Matthew has a large number of bugs
- Matthew and Travis should try to rebalance the load if possible.
A reminder that we will allocate the week after Thanksgiving for
additional test writing.

Ted
